Volvo D8K Bare Engine

Volvo D8K is inline six-cylinder, water-cooled four-stroke diesel engine. Displacement 7.8L, bore × stroke:110 mm × 138 mm. This supply is bare engine (short block), including cylinder block, cylinder head, crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, camshaft, valve assembly, timing gear set and all internal moving components, excluding turbocharger, injector, water pump, oil cooler, alternator and other external accessories.

High-rigidity cast iron cylinder block, reliable structure adapting to mining, earthmoving and high-load construction scenarios. Original factory standard installation dimensions, crankcase interface, cylinder head sealing surface consistent with original engine. Every bare engine undergoes strict dimensional inspection and assembly test before delivery to guarantee assembly accuracy and sealing performance.
