Replacement and remanufactured turbochargers for Cummins, CAT, Volvo, Komatsu and Isuzu diesel engines — complete units, CHRA cartridges and repair kits.

Turbochargers are supplied as complete units, CHRA cartridges or individual parts, always matched to the OE number on the identification plate. Send that number with the engine code and we confirm the unit before packing.

Applications

Truck turbochargers for haulage fleets, excavator turbochargers for construction machinery, generator turbochargers for standby power and marine turbochargers for workboats. The diesel engine turbocharger is matched to the OE number, because the same frame is built in several ratings. Heavy duty turbochargers for continuous duty are quoted against the engine rating you run.

Complete units, cartridges and parts

We quote a complete turbocharger or a turbocharger kit, and for units that only need a core, a turbo cartridge CHRA or turbo core assembly. Individual parts include the turbocharger housing, turbo turbine wheel, compressor wheel, turbo shaft, turbo gasket kit and turbo seal ring, plus the wastegate actuator where the frame uses one.

Condition and OE matching

New, remanufactured, rebuilt, original, aftermarket and used turbochargers are quoted separately, with the condition stated. Every turbocharger OE number is confirmed against your engine code before packing. If your engine runs a variable geometry unit, send the OE number and we will confirm whether we can supply it.

Questions buyers ask

Do I need a complete turbocharger or just a cartridge?

If the housings are sound, a CHRA cartridge is cheaper and faster. If the housing or wastegate is damaged, fit a complete turbocharger.

How do I identify my turbocharger?

Read the OE number from the identification plate on the unit, then send it with the engine code. We match the turbocharger OE number before quoting.

Can you supply a turbocharger for an excavator engine?

Yes. Send the OE number and the machine model, and we confirm the unit for excavator engine use before shipping.
