Komatsu 6D107 Complete Engine

Komatsu 6D107 (SAA6D107E series) is an inline six-cylinder, water-cooled four-stroke turbocharged & air-to-air intercooled diesel engine, equipped with electronic high-pressure common rail fuel injection system. Mainly matched with Komatsu PC200-8, PC220-8 excavators, also compatible with graders, bulldozers and wheel loaders.

High-rigidity cast iron cylinder block, optimized cooling and lubrication system, suitable for long-hour continuous operation under dusty, high-temperature construction environments. Electronic control system supports multiple working mode adjustment, balances power output and fuel consumption. Standard factory installation dimensions enable direct replacement without large modification. Multiple versions meet Stage 3A / Tier3 emission requirements, adaptable to most overseas engineering markets.
