Komatsu 6D102 Complete Engine

Komatsu 6D102 (S6D102E / SAA6D102E series) is an inline six-cylinder, water-cooled four-stroke turbocharged diesel engine with mechanical direct injection fuel system, no complicated electronic control components. Widely installed on Komatsu PC200-6, PC200-7, PC220-6, PC220-7 excavators, also matched with loaders and other engineering machinery.

High-rigidity cast iron cylinder block, wet cylinder liner design facilitates on-site disassembly and overhaul. Optimized cooling and lubrication system ensures stable continuous operation under dusty, high-temperature construction conditions. Mechanical fuel pump features strong adaptability to different grades of diesel fuel. Standard installation dimensions support direct replacement without large modification.
