Volvo D4E Complete Diesel Engine

Volvo D4E is inline four-cylinder, water-cooled four-stroke diesel engine. Displacement 4.8L. Equipped with turbocharger + air-to-air intercooled intake system, electronically controlled common rail injection system and Volvo dedicated EMS engine management system, meeting EU Stage IIIA / EPA Tier 3 emission standards.

High-rigidity cast iron cylinder block, reliable structure adapting to dusty construction sites. Optimized power curve to coordinate with hydraulic system of construction machinery. Standard original accessory layout, pipeline interfaces and installation dimensions. Available as complete engine assembly. Every unit undergoes bench hot test before delivery to ensure stable power output, reliable sealing and normal operation of electronic control system.
