Remanufactured Mitsubishi 4J11 / 4J12 Complete Engine

Mitsubishi 4J11 (2.0L) and 4J12 (2.4L) are inline four-cylinder, water-cooled four-stroke SOHC 16-valve naturally aspirated gasoline engines, equipped with upgraded MIVEC continuous variable valve timing & lift control system, cancel traditional throttle structure to reduce intake loss. All aluminum cylinder block & cylinder head, timing chain drive.

Remanufacturing standard: all core parts cleaned and inspected; piston, piston ring, bearing, gasket, oil seal and vulnerable consumables replaced with new parts; cylinder bore honing, valve reconditioning, crankshaft calibration. Complete engine assembly available. Standard original mounting dimensions support direct replacement without large modification. Every remanufactured engine undergoes hot bench test before delivery to guarantee stable power and tight sealing performance.
