FAW Dachai CA498E3-12 Complete Engine

The FAW Dachai CA498E3-12 is an inline four-cylinder, water-cooled four-stroke turbocharged & aftercooled diesel engine. It adopts electronic controlled unit pump fuel injection system. Widely matched for 4.2m light trucks, small wheel loaders, water pumps and general industrial machinery.

High-strength cast iron cylinder block ensures long service life. Standardized installation interfaces and optional PTO connections support driving hydraulic assemblies. Optimized combustion meets Euro III / National III emission requirements without complicated post-processing devices. The engine features good fuel adaptability and can continuously operate under medium-load and dusty working conditions.
