Mercedes-Benz OM906 Crankshaft

The OM906 crankshaft is specially developed for Mercedes-Benz OM906 engine platform. Two stroke specifications are supplied: 98mm and 103mm stroke for different displacement versions. Compatible with Mercedes Atego, Axor medium/heavy trucks, city passenger buses, Unimog off-road vehicles and engineering machinery. It delivers stable power transmission performance, excellent anti-fatigue performance and extended service life, meeting fleet operators’ requirements for low failure rate and uninterrupted reliable operation.

Manufactured strictly in accordance with OEM drawing dimensional standards, adopting integral forging technology and multi-process precision machining. All main journals and connecting rod journals are ultra-precisely machined to guarantee perfect fit with bearing shells, connecting rod assemblies and flywheel. Every finished crankshaft passes strict magnetic particle crack detection, hardness inspection and high-precision dynamic balance calibration before delivery.
